NOTE: This headset is intended for usage on Polycom phone with a modular RJ-9/RJ-22 headset jack. Not intended for usage with Polycom phones with a round "pin" headset jack. The included Polycom Telephone Interface cable plugs the headset directly into the Headset jack on the bottom of the Polycom phone.
